
SL 55 – L-Chamber Packaging Machine
The SL series is aimed at a specific market sector, because it achieves rather low speeds. It represents the “entry level” of the SMIPACK production line , but still retains most of the features of the S series . The SL series of L-chamber packaging machines includes two models for hourly production up to 300 packages.

- Sealing and heat shrinking system in a single operation

- soldering temperature adjustment
- adjustment of the bell opening delay
- adjustment of the retraction delay
- adjustment of the retraction time
- temperature control of the shrinkage chamber
- packet exit speed
- possibility of memorizing up to 10 different work cycles: consequently production increases and use is simplified
- possible malfunction
- Modular power section, separated from the control panel and characterized by:
- solid state relays, which last longer and simplify maintenance
- in case of failure, it is possible to replace the only damaged module, without losing the data contained in the memory
