S560N – L-Shaped Chamber Packing Machine

The S series represents SMIPACK’s “historic product” and is aimed at a sector closer to industry, because it achieves fairly high speeds. The S series of L -chamber packaging machines includes four models for hourly production of up to 900 packages.

Flextron® control system with:
1. Alfa-digital LCD control panel with a 16-bit microprocessor board and solid state relay, allowing simple and precise control of all common operations, such as:
  - machine condition
  - number of packages produced with electronic parts counter
  - soldering temperature adjustment
  - adjustment of the bell opening delay
  - adjustment of the retraction delay
  - adjustment of the retraction time
  - temperature control of the shrinkage chamber
  - packet exit speed
  - possibility of memorizing up to 10 different work cycles: consequently production increases and use is simplified
  - possible malfunction
2. Modular power section, separated from the control panel and characterized by:
  - solid state relays, which last longer and simplify maintenance
  - in case of failure, it is possible to replace the only damaged module, without losing the data contained in the memory
